HALFTIME: Pitt trails 37-21


The sloppiest half of basketball that I can remember from Pitt in several games. 12 turnovers. 13 personal fouls. Allowed Syracuse to take 16 free throws. Four guys with two fouls.

I'd hate to be in the locker room right now, for what can only be a very stern talking to from Jeff Capel and co. This team did not come out ready to play today, let alone win. Oftentimes, they do show a bit of a bounce back in the second half after bad first half performances. Let's see if that trend continues today.
