Zach Luckett

Notes: Luckett plays tailback and free safety in high school. He had 92 rushes for 587 yards and 10 touchdowns, and 22 receptions for 684 yards and six touchdowns in 2004.

A three sport athlete, Luckett plays football, basketball and runs track (100, 200, and 4X400 events).

Coach Bill Walsh: “Well, he’s being projected at a lot of different places. The reason why I think he’s being recruited so heavily is because he can play multiple positions. He can be a free safety, a strong safety, a running back, a receiver and as his body matures he could play tight end, outside linebacker or defensive end… who knows? Schools like the ability that he could play a lot of different things.”
