- Quarterback
- Class of 2004
- Camp Hill, PA (Trinity)
- 6-5, 218 lbs
- Status: BC Commit
Notes:
Chris Crane threw for 1,229 yards, 14 touchdowns and five interceptions as a junior last season. A three sport star, Crane is an accomplished basketball player and baseball player, however he plans to concentrate on football as a senior. Crane will attend the Nike Camp in Blacksburg in May of 2003.
Coach Boger: "His main asset is his size. He is certainly big enough at 6-5, 218 pounds, and we hope to get him to 230 by the time the season starts. He can really move around for someone his size. He has good arm strength, which will get better as he grows and gets stronger. He will get more of a chance to throw the ball as a senior. We play the Wing T, but we will give him a chance to throw more often."
