I’ve been asked recently if there is anyone from the Junior College ranks that could help our beloved Pitt Basketball team next year. Any unpolished gems if you would. Those who know me well know that I aim to please. So I did some research, and with the help of my friends at JUCORecruitng.com found an unpolished gem that could help Pitt next year.

Tekorian Smith is of particular interest to me. He just reopened his recruiting. Smith had signed with Georgia Southern, and was just released from the Letter of Intent he signed. Smith averaged 19/3/2 on 44% shooting from the field, and 40% shooting from the 3-point area last year at Polk State. Smith is an incredible finisher off the break, and has a really stroke from beyond the arc. I think he is the best player remaining at the Junior College level, and could help Pitt immediately. In my opinion.

There you have it kids. Tell me what you think in the comments section. Keep reading for further updates on Pitt Basketball. You can follow The Fitzgerald Fanatic on Twitter @jonjackson64
