The Pitt offense is inept. The main reason – the offensive coordinator can’t create mismatches and the passing game is almost non existent. The QB play and offensive play calling all falls on the shoulders of 2nd year Pitt OC Shawn Watson. Pitt’s sophomore QB Kenny Pickett finished the day with 11 for 29 for 136 yards and 0 TDs and INTs.
